This section displays basic information about the organization – the organization’s basic data:
1. Name – The name of the organization, the field has an informative meaning. The name of the organization will be visible to all users of the organization in the upper left side of the Hrono.io tool. The name can be changed if the organization has an active license.
2. Subscription – Information about the license and its status: which type of license is active, how long the purchased plan subscription will be active. Along with the renewal of the subscription, the expiration date of the license will also be renewed.
3. Language – Drop-down list which can be usesd to change the organization’s default language. Currently, two languages are available – English and Latvian.
Your organization may have the following license plans:
- TRIAL – One month trial license to familiarize yourself with the solution and decide if our product works for you,
- STARTUP – Up to 10 active users, we provide user support, reports, calendar with holidays, high security level,
- ADVANCED – Up to 25 active users, includes a command section, e-mail notifications and alerts, absence calendar and confirmations in addition to STARTUP license,
- BUSINESS – Up to 100 active users, includes integration with other systems in addition to ADVANCED license,
- ENTERPRISE – For an unlimited number of users.
