Hrono.io has several built-in configurable email notifications. E-mail notifications are sent to the e-mail boxes of the organization’s users.

The following notifications are currently available:

  1. nNotification about “out of office” confirmation – is sent to the employee when the requested absence has been approved by the direct manager or responsible project manager.
  2. Notification to the manager of a new “out of office” event – is sent to the direct manager or project manager when an employee has applied for annual leave or another form of absence.
  3. Notification about the last day of the month – is sent to all employess on the last day of the month.

If any of the notifications is not needed, it can be deactivated using the switch in the “Enabled” column.

The text of the notification can be edited according to the needs of your organization. To do this, click the edit button on the right side of the notification under “Actions”. For example:

  • Notification about the last day of the month
