This report shows information about written issues/tasks in Hrono.io. In Issue sums report the time written off for issues is summerized.

In this section it possible to filter tasks by

  • Date – it is possible to choose the month from and to which the report will be created
  • Project
  • Teams
  • User

This report can be useful in the following cases:

  • To find out how much time was spent on a specific issue or project in a specific time frame,
  • To filter the time spent on a specific project issue monthly,
  • To filter how many issues were worked on for specific project/-s per month.

Clicking on a specific issue (for example, LOGISVIRSI-10) will open “Issue worklog” timesheet, where you will be able to view specifically what time records were made for each issue, which user added them and when.

Unlinked issues #

While performing tasks, unlinked issues will most likely be related to specific issues in one of the project management tools (Jira, Wrike, OpenProject, EasyProject, Mojo, etc.). Regardless of the system used, they will be identifiable by certain keys, IDs, URLs or other identifiers.

On the other hand, all jobs and tasks that do not have these identifiers will be displayed under the issue section – when clicking the link,Hrono.io will show all records that have no identifiers in detail. You can read more about it in the “Unlinked logs” section.

Visibility levels:

  • For default users, data about their entered time is available in the report,
  • For team managers (captains), time data for their entire team and subordinate teams, if any, is available in the report.
  • Organization administrators have access to data for all time entered within the organization.
