In the “Unlinked logs” report you can see a report for worked time entries, which were not added to the project due to error or other specific reasons.
Here, depending on the specifics of the business, different entries may appear, for example, if:
- The contract for the project has not yet been signed, but it is necessary to carry out pre-project works, which can already be written off in the timesheet and afterwards added to a project,
- The user has not entered the time worked correctly, and the system has not been able to associate the entry with a project or a specific project issue/task,
- The entered time written off for administrative tasks, meetings, e-mails or other activities which are not related to a specific work task.
We recommend that the team leader reviews this section and decides what to do with the entries shown here.
Visibility levels:
- For default users, data about their entered time is available in the report,
- For team managers (captains), time data for their entire team and subordinate teams, if any, is available in the report,
- Organization administrators have access to data for all time entered within the organization.
