IT outsourcing or resource supply interaction type means that LTECH is supplying necessary human resources to a client project team (Developers, Analysts, Test engineers, etc). Client is responsible for assigning tasks to each specialist.
#1 Client inquiry for specialist needs
Existing or new client reaches out to Ltech. for a need to outsource our specialists. In this step information about a project, needed skills are gathered.#2 Analyze skills needed (technical, soft skills)
Check what are specialist availability internally and how their skills meet client inquiry.#3 Set up a client team
Create a team which is offered to the client. Size and the roles in the team depends on client needs.#4 Introduce to client
Introduce specialists to the client.#5 Sign Agreement
If the team is approved by the client, a contract is signed.#6 Human Resource management / Escalation management
The project manager, assigned from LTECH, organizes internal weekly sync meetings with the team to understand the overall situation in the team, questions to be resolved, and other topics. Escalation management, for example, client representatives are escalating some issues with some of the team members. LTECH project manager discusses issues with client representatives to agree on the solutions.#7 Monthly report created, shared with client
Ltech project manager creates weekly time report to check how many hours each specialist has worked on client tasks. The report is shared with the client representative. If a time report is approved, Ltech creates an invoice and sends it to the client.#8 Agreement continues
If agreement continues, the team proceeds with the work. If agreement is terminated, the team is discontinued.Why choose Outsource
