#1 Requirements analysis

The first step is to gather information about the project's purpose, goals, objectives and scope. This information is needed to evaluate what technologies are needed to achieve your business goals.

#2 Software design and preparation

Second phase is where the team takes the requirements gathered in the previous phase and translates them into a detailed plan for the software. This plan includes the software's architecture, user interface, and database design. The team also creates a project schedule and breaks down the project into smaller, manageable tasks.

#3 Software development implementation

We translate the software design into code during the Software Development phase. We follow an iterative approach, delivering working software in short cycles. Throughout implementation we continuously test the solution to ensure software meets quality requirements.

#4 Testing

Our qualified QA engineers test software to ensure it meets all functional and non-functional requirements. This is done by running the software through a series of different tests. These tests are designed to find any bugs or errors in the software. Once the testing is complete, the software is ready for production use.

#5 Documentation

Our Values are aligned with Agile values. It doesn't advocate for skipping documentation entirely. It recognizes the need for essential documentation to support development, onboarding, and maintenance. We are for structure and planning, but the focus is on lean, purposeful documentation rather than exhaustive specs.

#6 Software maintenance

The Software Maintenance phase is where we keep the software up-to-date and working properly. This includes fixing any bugs that are found, adding new features, and making sure the software is compatible with new frameworks and libraries. We also provide technical support to users during this phase.
