The Challenge:
Legacy system, developed years ago, had grown complex, difficult to extend, and posed security challenges. Additionally, they required country-specific environments to meet regional needs.

Our Solution:
In collaboration with SEB Life and Pension Baltic SE team, we launched an IT modernization program focusing on:

➡️ Delivering an MVP within 9 months, followed by new products launched just 3 months later.
